Insert contains the following restriction sites (approximate kb from the 5 end): EcoRI--1.82; EcoRV--1.34, 1.79; PvuI--1.33; SphI--1.40. The insert can be expressed in E. coli in the presence of T7 RNA polymerase and iron-supplemented media.
