| Comments： | Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): EcoRI/HindIII--8.5, 5.2 (doublet), 4.3, 3.8, 3.5, 2.7, 2.3 (doublet), 1.8 (triplet), and smaller bands. Reported to contain EcoRI/HindIII fragments of the following sizes (kb), ordered as in the genome: 0.798, 0.427, 1.892, 5.204, 1.779, 0.560, 2.265, 1.586, 0.554, 3.361, 2.745, 3.650, 0.824, 5.020, 2.282, 1.784, 4.161. IMPORTANT: To prevent amplification of a rearranged and/or deleted cosmid, we recommend streaking on LB + amp plates at 30C and picking small colonies for liquid culture.
