| Comments： | Restriction digests analyzed on agarose gels give the following sizes (kb): BamHI--9.0, 1.5; EcoRI--9.8. This construct is not stable when freeze-dried and is distributed from liquid nitrogen stock. A general purpose integrating Saccharomyces cerevisiae/Escherichia coli shuttle vector. This was constructed by inserting a 6.1 kb EcoRI/SalI HIS3-containing fragment from pGT2-Sc2605 into pBR322. The HIS3 fragment was originally isolated from the diploid strain A364a X H79-20.3alpha. |
