Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): BamHI--2.9, 1.44; EcoRI--2.9, 1.44; HindIII--3.88, 0.46; BglI--2.9, 1.44; PstI--4.34. The insert is a complete cDNA clone. This construct is unpublished. The sequence is the same as that reported by Wallner et al. The insert was subcloned from a lambdagt10 library by partial EcoRI digestion, size-selection, and addition of EcoRI/XmnI/BamHI linkers. |
