| Comments： | Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): BamHI--2.7, 2.3; BglI--4.0, 1.1; EcoRI--3.6, 1.3; HindIII--4.4, 0.35 (doublet); PstI--3.3, 1.2, 0.6. The insert contains the following restriction sites (nt position according to the published sequence, with the RsaI site at nt 1 approximately 70 bp from the 5 BamHI site): RsaI--1, 1326, 1357, 1733, 1776, 1786, 1809, 1823; HindIII--285, 646; PstI--516, 1756; EcoRI--938.
