Shipping Information: Distributed: freeze-dried
Comments:
Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): EcoRI/HindIII--2.6, 0.7; EcoRI--3.3; HindIII--3.3.
The frequencies of the TRGJ2 alleles, which have been defined by the polymorphic HindIII(*A) and EcoRI(*B) restriction fragments, have been calculated in four different populations.
The constant bands detected by HindIII and EcoRI are from TCRGJ1; the polymorphic bands are from TCRGJ2.
pH60 can detect all the TCRG rearrangements to J1 and J2 when hybridized to BamHI, EcoRI and HindIII digests.
pH60 can detect all the TCRG rearrangements to JP1, JP and JP2 when hybridized to KpnI digests.
Subcloned from M13H60 (ATCC 59586, 59587). Contains the TCRGJ1 gene.
