| Comments： | Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): EcoRI--2.7, 0.2; HindIII--2.9; PstI--2.9; SacI--2.9; BamHI--2.9. Detects a single human genomic EcoRI fragment of 2.7 kb, even at low stringency, and does not cross-hybridize to rodent sequences. Consists of 130 nt of the published sequence (nt 4351 to 4480) followed by an additional 70 nt (unpublished) and an EcoRI linker at the 3 end. Subcloned from the EcoRI fragment at the 3 end of lambdaint5.1. Contains a portion of the 3 untranslated region. |
