| Comments： | Contains 2 internal EcoRI sites. An EcoRI digest of the plasmid results in fragments of 1.0, 1.5, and 0.75 kb from the insert. Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): EcoRI--2.65, 1.5, 1.1, 0.89; XbaI--6.2; PstI--6.2; BglII--5.7, 0.45; HindIII--3.2, 1.85, 0.94. TS148947 has been converted to meet the requirements of the Budapest Treaty for patent deposits. A compliance form is not needed for TS148947, but is for ATCC 61160. This probe contains a 3 bp deletion (deltaF508) in exon 10. This clone includes exons 9 - 24 and hybridizes to genomic EcoRI fragments of 10.3, 4.3, 3.5, 2.4, 0.5, 1.8, 1.8, 3.5, 1.9, 4.5, 2.4, 1.0. 2.8, 1.8, 8.5, 2.2, and 2.3 kb. |
