Probes I (ATCC 59782/59783), II (ATCC 59784/59785), III (ATCC 59786/59787) and IV (TS149394/59789) constitute non-overlapping fragments of the human von Willebrand factor cDNA sequence that together span essentially the entire 9 kb cDNA. Encodes amino acids 1462-2050 (carboxy-terminus) and 127 of the total 137 nucleotides of 3-noncoding sequence of von Willebrand factor. Insert is a 1.9 kb SacI fragment of lambda HvWF3. |
