| Comments： | Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): EcoRI--3.9, 0.74; PstI--3.3, 1.2, 0.29; SalI--4.8; NcoI--3.0, 1.75; AvaI--4.1, 0.40, 0.30. Constructed by amplification using primers annealing between nt 46 and 756 of the published sequence. Alignment of this sequence with the previous requires 3 gaps and 5 substitutions, and the reading frame is not maintained. The insert contains the following restriction sites (bp from the 5 end): AvaI--163, 481; NcoI--146; NotI--61; PstI--178; SalI--387; SmaI--481.
