| 产品名称: | pHBI59 |
|---|---|
| 商品货号: | TS153041 |
| Designations: | pHBI59 |
| Species: | Homo sapiens, human |
| Applications: | Mapped to the pericentromeric region by multipoint linkage analysis. This probe has been used to detect loss of heterozygosity at MEN1. Some tumors retain this sequence. Also detects a TaqI polymorphism not yet verified by pedigree analysis. |

| Comments: | Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): EcoRI/HindIII--2.8, 0.97, 0.52. An EcoRI/HindIII double digest shows insert fragment sizes of 0.9 and 0.4 kb. Mapped to the pericentromeric region by multipoint linkage analysis. This probe has been used to detect loss of heterozygosity at MEN1. Some tumors retain this sequence. MEN1 maps between PYGM and D11S146. Detects human genomic restriction fragments of the following sizes (kb): BssHI--600; ClaI--850, 700, 600, 450; NruI--1500; SacII--600; SalI--950, 800, 600. Codominant segregation of the MspI polymorphism has been demonstrated in 50 3-generation families. Also detects a TaqI polymorphism not yet verified by pedigree analysis. Enzyme(s) not detecting polymorphism: BglII, PstI, PvuII, RsaI. |
