Comments:
Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): EcoRI/SalI--4.5, 2.7; EcoRI--7.3; HindIII--6.4, 0.9.
AmEPV is one of the few insect poxviruses which replicate in insect cell lines. AmEPV is unable to replicate in vertebrate cell lines.
