Permits expression in both S. cerevisiae and mouse cells. The EcoRI, SmaI, and BamHI sites are 3 to the unique available in-phase initiation codon under control of the SV40 early promoter. Constructed by deleting the HpaI (nt 1686)/BglII (nt 3463) site from pCYM0 and inserting the 879 bp BglII/EcoRI fragment containing TRP1 from YRp7. |
