| Comments： | Chlamydia DNA, in total DNA isolated from McCoy cells (ATCC® CRL-1696™) infected with Chlamydia trachomatis strain UW-3/Cx (ATCC® VR-885™). This product was prepared using methods known to inactivate the infecting agent. DNA isolated from infected cells is appropriate for PCR and other molecular biology applications. Next-generation sequencing (NGS) at ATCC on the McCoy cell line (ATCC® CRL-1696™) used as the host has shown the presence of Mus Musculus mobilized endogenous polytropic provirus and Murine leukemia virus.
