| Growth Conditions： | Temperature: 20.0-25.0°C If using agar media in Petri dishes, flood dish with a shallow layer of sterile water before inoculation. ATCC MD-2232 (YM media with 30 mcg/L biotin and 600 mcg/L thiamine) may be added to the media instead of water to stimulate growth. |
