| Comments： | This insert contains 2 internal EcoRI sites. An EcoRI digest results in fragments of 1.2, 1.5, and 1.8 kb from the insert. Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): EcoRI--2.85, 1.85, 1.5, 1.35; XbaI--7.7; PstI--7.7; HincII--3.65, 1.0, 0.92, 0.77, 0.68, 0.54, 0.43; HindIII--3.45, 2.0, 1.0, 0.92. ATCC 61151 has been converted to meet the requirements of the Budapest Treaty for patent deposits. A compliance form is not needed for ATCC 61151, but is for TS163278. This probe contains an extraneous sequence between exons 10 and 11.
