The 5 boundary of the insert is the HindIII site at nt -374 relative to the liver-specific non-coding exon; the 3 boundary is the EcoRI site at nt +131 within that exon. The insert includes 2 regions showing homology to the glucocorticoid consensus sequence. Transcription from the T7 promoter gives an antisense riboprobe. The fragment was subcloned from the cosmid cSamD4. |
