| Comments： | Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): EcoRI--7.4; HindIII--2.6 (triplet); BamHI--7.4; BglI--6.2, 1.1; HindIII/BglI--2.5 (doublet), 1.5, 1.2, 0.1. There appear to be two copies of the insert present. Insert can be isolated as a 2.5 kb doublet from the HindIII/BglI digest. This probe has been used with probe prehybridization or competition to block any repeated sequences. |
