| Comments： | Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): EcoRI/HindIII--4.0, 2.7, 1.1, 0.4; HindIII--3.7 doublet, 0.4. An EcoRI/HindIII double digest shows insert fragment sizes of 3.6 and 1.1 kb. Codominant segregation of the MspI polymorphism demonstrated in 46 3-generation families. Detection of the MspI polymorphism (alleles 5 and 3.4 kb) was verified by CEPH. Enzyme(s) not detecting polymorphism: BglII, PstI, PvuII, RsaI, TaqI. |
