This includes coding sequences for the 183 kDa protein (exons nt 71 to nt 3403 and nt 3407 to nt 4900) and the 126 kDa protein (nt 71 to nt 3406). Linearizing with HindIII and transcription from the T7 promoter gives the minus (antisense) strand. Linearizing with EcoRI and transcription from the T3 promoter gives the plus (sense) strand. |
