| Comments： | The 5 PstI site was not regenerated during cloning. There are 2 PstI sites in the insert, so a PstI digest generates 124 bp and 1000 bp fragments from the insert. These represent all but 410 bp of the 5 region of the cDNA. Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): EcoRI--5.9; HindIII--5.9; PstI--4.9, 1.1; BamHI--5.9. This cDNA includes the complete coding sequence plus 5 (12 nucleotides) and 3 (211 nucleotides) untranslated regions. |
