| Growth Conditions： | For best results, plant cells 24-48 hours prior to infection. Infect at 70-80% confluence using a multiplicity of infection (MOI) of 0.1-1. Incubate 1-7 days at 33°C, rocking, in a humidified 5% CO2 atmosphere. Harvest culture fluids or culture fluids plus cells. Freeze as rapidly as possible. |
