| Comments： | HV2 vector when used with S. cerevisiae SHY series hosts (ATCC 44769 - 44772). A general purpose integrating Saccharomyces cerevisiae/Escherichia coli shuttle vector. This was constructed by cloning the 1.1 kb HindIII fragment containing URA3 into the HindIII site of pBR322. The 5 - 3 orientation of URA3 is counterclockwise, with the SmaI site in 3 URA3 clone to the EcoRI site of pBR322. |
