| Comments： | A SalI digest gave the following sizes (kb): 20, 15.5, 9. Insert contains repeated sequences and must be prehybridized with total human DNA before it will detect single-copy bands. Standard hybridization and washing conditions work well, with a final wash in 0.1X SSC/0.1% SDS at 65C. The A locus is also detected with TaqI, BglII, PstI. |
