| Comments： | Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): EcoRI--5.6, 1.0; HindIII--6.6; EcoRI/HindIII--3.0, 2.6, 1.0; BglI--2.4, 1.8, 1.2, 0.6 + smaller; PstI--3.0, 1.9, 1.5. The following enzymes do not cut within the insert: AatI, AatII, AvaI, BglII, EcoRI, EcoRV, HaeII, HindIII, PvuII, SalI, SstI, XbaI, XhoI. The insert contains the following restriction sites (nucleotide position according to the published sequence): BamHI--30; BglI--109; KpnI--599, PstI--1038. This clone has a 2.6 kb EcoRI/HindIII fragment of unknown origin. Our EcoRI digest is consistent with deposited DNA. The insert extends from nucleotide 13 to 1094 of the published sequence.
