| Subculturing： | Shake off attached cells and scrape if necessary.
Cultures can be maintained by addition of fresh medium. Alternatively, cultures can be established by centrifugation with subsequent resuspension at 3 x 104xa0to 5 x 104xa0viable cells/mL. Maintain cultures at a cell concentration between 8 x 104xa0and 5 x 105xa0cells/mL.
