| Introduction： | Cell Line Description: HCC1954 BL is a B lymphoblastoid cell line initiated from peripheral blood lymphocytes from the same patient as HCC1954 (ductal carcinoma of the breast) by transformation with Epstein-Barr virus (EBV). The cell line was derived from a 61 year-old East Indian female with stage IIA, grade 3, primary ductal carcinoma of the breast.xa0 DNA isolated from HCC1954 is available as ATCC CRL-2338-D. |
