| Comments: | Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): EcoRI--4.8; HindIII--4.8; BamHI--3.0, 0.9, 0.87; PstI--3.0, 1.3, 0.35; SalI--4.8. When this plasmid is transfected into COS cells, the product shows activity by radioreceptor assay, bone marrow proliferation assay, and CFU assay.
