| Comments： | Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): HindIII--5.4; EcoRI--5.4; PstI--3.8, 1.6. This clone includes the complete coding sequence, some 5 and 3 sequences. This clone detects genomic EcoRI fragments of 11.0 and 4.1 kb. The polymorphic site is located approximately 100 bp downstream of the 3 end of exon 4. Because of the large sizes of the alleles if genomic DNA is digested with NheI alone, detection of the NheI polymorphism is improved with a NheI/SpeI digest. |
