| Comments： | Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): EcoRI/HindIII--2.5, 1.8; HindIII--4.4; EcoRI--4.4; PvuI--3.4, 0.86; PvuII--2.3, 2.3. Identifies variable MluI bands, with the largest band extending over 2 Mb, and multiple SacII bands (0.84, 1.2 Mb). Identifies a 1.2 Mb band in NruI digests; and any of 3 bands at about 0.85, 1.2, and 1.4 Mb in NotI digests. Two bands are sometimes seen in males and females for the latter, suggesting variable methylation. |
