| Comments： | There are PstI sites at the 5 and 3 ends of the cDNA, and a PvuII site at position 1171 of the published sequence. Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): HindIII/HincII--4.5; HindIII--4.5; PstI--2.8, 1.5 + smaller; EcoRI--4.5; HindIII/EcoRI--2.8, 1.9. Contains the complete cDNA. The insert contains pUC9 sequences at the 5 and 3 ends. The insert is oriented such that transcription from SP6 gives the sense strand and transcription from T7 gives the antisense strand. The HindIII site is at the 5 end and the HincII site at the 3 end. Enzyme(s) not detecting polymorphism: AvaII, BamHI, EcoRI, HindIII, MspI, PstI, PvuII, RsaI, TaqI. |
