This insert extends from 7 kb upstream to 5 kb downstream of the 2 kb EcoRI fragment containing sequences homologous to the pE-301 cDNA clone (ATCC 57020, 57021). Contains the complete gene with 3 intervening sequences, the cap site, a polyadenylation signal, and Alu sequences in both the 5 and 3 flanking region. Exon 4 contains 66 bp tandem repeats. |
