| Comments： | Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): EcoRI--18.5, 26.0. The plasmid insert can be released by homologous recombination between the 2 LTRs after growth at low temperature in Escherichia coli RRI(pRK248), ATCC 47036. A cell line suitable for transfection by released plasmid is Wgd5, ATCC CRL 1817. Allows expression of cloned cDNA in mammalian cells; can be used for library transduction. Same as lambdaZd31 but the tri-initiator is in the opposite direction. |
