Recommendations for Infection: Plate cells 24-48 hours prior to infection and infect when cultures are 80-90% confluent. Adsorb 1-2 hours at 35°C in a humidified 5% CO2 atmosphere, rocking every 15 minutes to redistribute inoculum.xa0 End adsorption by adding virus growth medium. Incubation: 2-3 days |
