| Comments: | Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): BamHI--9.2, 5.5, 2.7, 1.1; BglI--3.3, 2.5, 1.35; NcoI--4.4, 3.1, 1.9. The insert contains the following restriction sites (approximate kb from the 5 end): BglI--0.86; NcoI--0.9. Analysis of the undigested plasmid shows a significant band migrating at approximately 2.7 kb and a weaker band at 5.5 kb.
