| Comments： | Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): EcoRI--9.2; AccI--5.8, 3.5; EcoRV--7.8, 1.35; SphI--5.6, 3.6; EcoRI/BamHI--8.2, 1.0; EcoRI/SmaI--8.6, 0.64. The omega interposon terminates transcription in both directions.
