产品简介
购买须知
产品名称: TC31
商品货号: TS198323
Organism: Mus musculus (B cell); Mus musculus (myeloma), mouse (B cell); mouse (myeloma)
Cell Type: hybridoma:lymphoblast B lymphocyte; somatic cell hybri
Product Format: frozen
Morphology: lymphoblast
Culture Properties: suspension
Biosafety Level: 1

Biosafety classification is based on U.S. Public Health Service Guidelines, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their facilities comply with biosafety regulations for their own country.

Applications:
Animals were immunized against exotoxin A of Pseudomonas aeruginosa by infection with strain PA220.
The antibody binds specifically for the exotoxin A of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
It displays specificity for exotoxin A from strain PA103 and strain PAO1 and PAO-PR1, a derivative of PAO1.
The antibody shows high specificity and reactivity for native and denatured exotoxin A in ELISA assays.
Both TC1 (ATCC CRL-2493) and TC31 (TS198323) antibodies neutralize exotoxin A toxicity against CHO cells in an in vitro assay but only TC31 protected mice infected with strain PA220 in an in vivo model.
A hybridoma producing an anti idiotypic antibody against TC31 is available (ATCC CRL-2485).
Storage Conditions: liquid nitrogen vapor phase
Derivation:
Spleen cells were fused with Sp2/0-Ag14 cells.
It displays specificity for exotoxin A from strain PA103 and strain PAO1 and PAO-PR1, a derivative of PAO1.

Complete Growth Medium: Iscoves modified Dulbeccos medium with 4 mM L-glutamine adjusted to contain 1.5 g/L sodium bicarbonate, 85%; fetal bovine serum, 15%
Subculturing: Cultures can be maintained by addition of fresh medium. Alternatively, cultures can be established by centrifugation with subsequent resuspension at 5 x 104 viable cells/mL.xa0 Maintain cultures at a cell concentration between 5 x 104 and 5 x 105 cells/mL. Do not allow the cell concentration to exceed 5 x 105 viable cells/mL.

Medium Renewal:xa0Add fresh medium every 2 to 3 days (depending on cell density)

Cryopreservation:

Complete growth medium described above supplemented with 5% (v/v) DMSO.xa0 Cell culture tested DMSO is available as ATCC Catalog No. 4-X.

Culture Conditions:
Temperature: 37°C
Atmosphere: Air, 95%; Carbon dioxide (CO2), 5%
Isotype: IgM kappa
Name of Depositor: DG Sieckmann
Deposited As: mouse (B cell); mouse (myeloma)
