One of a series of lacZY fusion vectors (TS199416-37596) that allow fusions in one of three reading frames and retain flanking DNA for homologous recombination into the Escherichia coli genome. A 1.3 kb HindIII/NruI kanR fragment (with HindIII site filled in) was inserted at the NruI site of a lacZY fusion plasmid. |
