| Comments： | The insert contains an internal SalI site about 860 bp from the EcoRI end. Full length molecular clone of spleen necrosis virus genome in pBR322. Full-length molecular clone of spleen necrosis virus genome in pBR322. A plasmid expression vector constructed from spleen necrosis virus, an avian retrovirus. An EcoRI/BglII double digest yields a 2.0 kb fragment containing an LTR and initiator ATG for the gag protein. This was constructed by cloning the 7.7 kb SalI fragment from p60B Sal (containing the SalI fragment of clone 60B) into the SalI site of pSW210 (pBR322 containing the AvrII/SalI fragment of pSNV-60B), thus generating an insert with 2 LTRs. |
