Circular MMTV DNA isolated from dexamethasone-stimulated rat XC cells chronically infected with the C3H strain of MMTV Cloned from mouse mammary tumor virus C3H DNA from rat XC cell line. Circular MMTV was cut with EcoRI and cloned into lambda gtWES. The 1.4 PstI fragment was cut with AvaI+HpaII, filled in and ligated to the filled in BamHI site of pBR322. This was constructed by J.E. Majors. |
