| Morphology: | Colonies on cornmeal agar form a moderate amount of aerial mycelium. Hyphae are up to 6 µm wide. Sporangia are globose with 10-20 µm diameter, terminal and intercalary, seldom produced. Hyphal swellings are globose, obovate, limoniform or of irregular shape, terminal and intercalary, up to 25 µm diam. Oogonia are globose to irregular, intercalary, sometimes terminal, about 18.5 µm diameter. |
