| Subculturing： | Cultures can be maintained by the addition of fresh medium or replacement of medium. Alternatively, cultures can be established by centrifugation with subsequent resuspension in fresh medium. Cultures grow as floating aggregates of round cells and as attached epithelial-like cells. Attached cells may be subcultured using 0.25% trypsin - 0.53mM EDTA.
Subcultivation Ratio:xa01:5 to 1:8 is recommended. Medium Renewal: Add fresh medium as cell density increases. |
