| Subculturing： | Cells grow as floating aggregates of round cell clusters. Clusters are alive while single cells have very low viability. Do not try to break up the clusters as this would decrease the viability.
Centrifuge cell suspension every 2 to 3 days. After centrifugation, aspirate supernatant down to 1 mL above cell pellet. Resuspend cells by gentle swirling in 3 to 4 mL of fresh medium. Seed at a concentration of 2 to 2.5 x 104xa0viable cells/mL. Transfer to new culture flasks when necessary. |
