| Subculturing： | Cultures can be maintained by the addition of fresh medium. xa0Alternatively, cultures can be established by standing culture flask vertically until cell clusters settle to bottom of flask. xa0Remove approximately 1/3 of the culture medium. xa0Break up clusters by gently pipetting and add fresh medium. xa0Expand cultures into new culture vessels as necessary.
