| Subculturing： | Cultures can be maintained by addition of fresh medium or replacement of medium. Alternatively the cells may be collected by centrifugation with subsequent resuspension in fresh medium. The cells are slow to grow and the clusters will get larger over time. Some clusters can lightly adhere to the flask. These cells cannot be counted accurately, if the cell clusters are dispersed into single cells, they will lose viability.xa0
