| Complete Growth Medium： | Dulbeccos Modified Eagles Medium with 4 mM L-glutamine adjusted to contain 4.5 g/L glucose and 1.5 g/L sodium bicarbonate and supplemented with 2 mM L-glutamine, 0.05 mM 2-mercaptoethanol, 10% Rat T-STIM (Becton Dickenson Catalog No. 354115) and 10% fetal bovine serum.

| Subculturing： | Cultures can be maintained by the addition of fresh medium or replacement of medium. Alternatively, cultures can be established by centrifugation with subsequent resuspension at 2 to 5 X 105 viable cells/ml. Maintain cell density between 2 X 105 and 2 X 106 viable cells/mL. Do not allow the cell density to exceed 2 X 106 cells/mL.
