| Subculturing： | Cultures can be maintained by addition or replacement of fresh medium. Start cultures at 4xa0x 105 cells/mL and maintain between 4xa0x 105 and 2xa0x 106 cells/mL. Subcultivation Ratio: A subcultivation ratio of 1:2 to 1:3 is recommended
