| Derivation： | GA-10 (Clone 20) is a subclone of the GA-10 (ATCC CRL-2392) cell line derived by culturing the parental line on semi-solid medium conditioned by a feeder layer. GA-10 was derived in 1996 from lymphoma cells circulating in the peripheral blood of a patient with a clinically aggressive, chemo-refractory Burkitts Lymphoma. |
| Clinical Data： | The patient had been treated unsuccessfully with cyclophosphamide, hydroxydaunomycin, vincristine, and prednisone (CHOP chemotherapy).
