| Applications： | The antibody reacts with the glucorticoid receptor (GR) of mouse and rat, but does not react with human GR. The antibody produced by FIGR appears to be equivalent to that produced by the BUGR2 hybridoma in that the two antibodies will cross inhibit, and both bind to the same 16000 dalton tryptic fragment of GR. The antibody is useful for immunopurification and Western blotting applications. |
