| Comments： | The antibody reacts with an antigen that is expressed at high levels on mouse dendritic cells and thymic cortical epithelial cells. The antigen is a 205,000 dalton group VI C type molecule that mediates adsorptive endocytosis and antigen presentation. The antibody reacts with and stains mouse dendritic cells and epidermal Langerhans cells. The cells are capable of being adapted to serum free growth in using Nutridoma medium. |
